Most health insurances are accepted as the sole form of payment. However, if your insurance is not accepted, you may wish to check with your insurance provider about accessing the plan’s out-of-network benefits, since you may qualify for partial reimbursement of payments


You must call your insurance carrier prior to your initial appointment and ask the following two simple questions:

Do you have a deductible?


Do you have a copay?



If you don't have insurance ask about the UCR (Usual Customary Rate)

and/ or about our Sliding Scale Fees
